Naturskönt och lugnt nära Vänern

Här bor du fridfullt och rymligt med skog och sjö nära. Gården Herrestad är omgiven av fornämningar och bebotts under många tusen år. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

For breakfast you can bake your own bread in the old stone oven. You can take a walk in the forest in search for mushrooms or berries. Maybe you are lucky to see the spectacular mooses from the window. The perfect place to relax!

You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

Välkommen till lugna Råtorp. Beläget ungefär 3km ifrån Karlstads centrum. Bostaden ligger på markplan med egen ingång. 160cm säng finns samt en bäddsoffa med två platser vardera. Busshållplats ligger med 1-2minuters gångavstånd från boendet som tar dig in till stan på 7 minuter. Busslinjen går även hela vägen upp till Karlstads universitetet. Med en 15 minuters promenad över den nya bron tar du dig enkelt till Löfbergs lila arena. Boendet har en gratis parkeringsplats och wifi.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

Detta nybyggda unika boende, mitt hem, finns i hjärtat av Värmland. Fantastisk utsikt över sjön Glafsfjorden med solnedgångar som är oemotståndligt vackra. Stort trädäck med egen jacuzzi. Bara några hundra meter till sjön. Kor och kalvar finns i hagen som man måste gå igenom för att komma ner till sjön. Stranden är stenig. Jag har en äldre roddbåt vid sjön som man kan nyttja fritt. Båten är lite sliten men fungerar. Bra fiske.

Parhus vid Vänern - Lägenhet 3, fiske lugn och ro

Välkommen till detta vackra och moderna parhus. Här bor du bara 100 meter från Vänerns strand i en naturskön miljö. Njut av bad, fiske och skogspromenader precis utanför dörren. En mindre båthamn finns med en sjösättningsramp för gäster med egen båt. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej, finns att hyra Sek 150 per person. Vill ni inte städa, köp slutstäd Sek 1000 Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av med promenader, fiske, sol och bad.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
