Fincatur North is an amazing and big XVII century finca located in a natural area. Has three big rooms and two bathrooms. The finca is nicely decorated and perfectly tidy with original objetcs and tools from the own finca . The interiors from the floors to the furniture are well designed. The surrounding is very calm. Cars can be parked in the an alley behind. All in all I would definitely recommend this place for groups up to 6 people to have a relaxing stay in a typical mallorquin finca.

The main level consists of a spacious and well-decorated living room with a generous dining table. Fantastic glass doors allow you to enjoy the wonderful views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry. Ca Na Maria Bel - Town house with private pool

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

A 3 minutos a pie de una de las mejores playas de Europa. 3 habitaciones con cama doble y 2 baños. Dos plantas y terraza espléndida con vistas al lago Esperanza. Zona muy tranquila y rodeada de restaurantes y supermercados (5 a 10 minutos andado). Buena conexión de autobús con otras áreas de la isla y también al aeropuerto.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
