Our family holiday home since 1987 is just a 5 minute walk to 2 family friendly beaches. There are also some restaurants & shops nearby. The property has 3 terraces that can be used for dining or sunbathing. Indoors you'll find the living area and kitchen which has air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, a child’s room with bunk beds and between them is a small double. The bathroom has shower/bath and toilet. The facilities aren't new but are functional and we're upgrading as we can.

Apartamento frente a la playa

El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

Lavendel Apartments está situado a 300 metros de la playa del Puerto, en Colonia Sant Jordi. Todos los apartamentos tienen balcón con vistas al jardín. Disponen de TV vía satélite, caja fuerte y zona de cocina. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece cada tres días y está integrado en el precio, de modo que tendrás el apartamento siempre organizado. Y cambio de toallas y sábanas periódicamente durante la estancia. Cuentan con un espacio gratuito y bien equipado para las bicicletas de sus clientes.

There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

"Apartament MelPins", Apartamento de 45m2, 1 habitacion, un baño completo, una cocina completamente equipada y terraza exterior. Vivienda adecuada para 2 adultos y un niño hasta 3 años. Espacioso y luminoso, completamente reformada en 2022, con mobiliario muy bonito y agradable: salón-comedor grande con ventanal que sale a la terraza. Bonito apartamento con excepcionales vistas al mar. Está situado en pleno centro del Puerto de Alcudia, en una calle peatonal con acceso directo a la marina y playa de arena. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
