Conveniently located in our building, it offers everything the Mexican food lover’s heart wants. Great for grabbing a bight if you arrive late in the evening and don't want to walk far – kitchen open until 11 p.m.

Sightseeing
Königsplatz is one of Munich's most challenging landmarks. Built during times of Monarchy, it was one of the central marching points during the Nazi regime. You will very likely have seen the images of hundreds of thousands of people dressed in Nazi uniform gathered on Königsplatz.
A few years ago the "Munich documentation center for the history of national socialism" opened just a few meters away. It documents the horrible crimes committed in Munich and the surrounding areas during the Nazi era.

If you are a nature lover, you just need to walk 500 meters from the apartment to get to Isar river. At Schwindinsel, an island in the middle of the river, you can escape the cars and surround yourself by nature.

Munich is famous for its Isarauen, the river banks of Isar. They start about 500m from our house. There is a path right on the river bank that takes you outside of the city if you feel like hiking. To get to the Isarauen is about a 50 minute walk along the river. Highly recommended!

Safe money you’d spend on a fitness club and use this outdoor workout space offered by the city of Munich for its citzens and guests for free! It doesn't get more local than that. The scenery is beautiful - directly by the river - and well thought through Trimm Dich Pfad (german for shape yourself path) gets your booty in shape for the next night out.
Look out for wooden and metal structures along the path – resembles a giant playground for kids. There are signs next to each stop explaining how to use it. The descriptions are in German but the images are pretty much self-explanatory –or just copy the locals!
