A venetian castle dominating the old town of Nafplion. Fantastic views from all directions. If you feel up to the challenge, climb the 999 steps to each the castle the way they did way back then!

Unique in that most of the seats were carved out of the living rock of the hillside. Originally, one of the largest of the ancient theaters. Nowadays it is used during the summer months for theatre events and concerts.
