Pan au chocolat. Quiche. Ginger "cookie". I don't recall the actual name but it was more like a buttery, melt in your mouth confection.

Although it's not officially a park, it was designed by Fredrick Law Olmstead, the designer of Central Park in NYC. It is a campus with museums, a music hall, a theater and beautiful views.
You can rent canoes and kayaks at the foot of Huskey Stadium and paddle around the bird sanctuary.
There is also a nature trail that takes you through the arboretum.

1410 Northeast Campus ParkwayAlthough it's not officially a park, it was designed by Fredrick Law Olmstead, the designer of Central Park in NYC. It is a campus with museums, a music hall, a theater and beautiful views.
You can rent canoes and kayaks at the foot of Huskey Stadium and paddle around the bird sanctuary.
There is also a nature trail that takes you through the arboretum.
It's beautiful and close by. We often have family picnics there.
