Fresh, tasty authentic thai food - very busy at weekends so book ahead. It's a bit pricey so more of a date night than a quick bite kind of place. I wholeheartedly recommend the fish cakes: best ever.

This is our fave quick bite local - an unpretentious cafe serving good value, tasty pasta and pizza, run by a lovely Italian family who make you feel like firm friends every time you visit.

This 600 acre protected nature park can be accessed via the funicular railway or steep stairway from the old town. Well worth it - you can see all the way to beach head.
