Travel card called "Leap Card" is essential
Transportation is cheap and easy.
2 euro for 90 min ( You can change buses or Luas tram, Dart train...)
You should get a Leap card in a convenience store. You need 10 euro for minimum but it's worth it if you travel more than 4 times.
You can't use credit card or phone in the bus. They don't give you change neither.
When you want to take a bus, please show a sign like a hitchhiking.

Taxi is reliable but better use an app
Taxi is generally reasonable and reliable.
There are lots of one way in the city centre so you might feel it's bugged but usually it's fine.
It's getting difficult to catch a taxi on the street these days. In that case, it's an idea to download an app.

Water is drinkable and free!
The water is officially hard water but taste quite soft.
Water is tasty, free. We have much rain:)
If you take an empty bottle, you can fill up water in the airport, too. It's close to the toilet near security checks.

It's not mandatory to give tip.
But it's nicer to leave some tip in cafés or restaurants.
