Take a trip up to Devils Dyke either by car or or bus ( busses can be caught by the Brighton Pier ) for wonderful views and walks on the rolling downs. There is a pub there if you want to stop for a spot of lunch, called the "Devils Dyke Pub", food pretty good.

Been to Moksha a few times now, lovely little caffe which also does a really good brunch, lunch and a delivery or take out service.

I've heard some really good things about this restaurant from close friends and what's unique is that it's Vegan! All food is plant based, with a number of exciting dishes to chose from. Cocktails available too! It's in very easy location of the flat being literally just at the top of the road and round the corner.

It's in very easy location of the flat being literally just at the top of the road and round the corner.
Wonderful café in Third Avenue Hove, offering fabulous brunch, lunch and cocktails. Beautiful out side space courtyard where you can sit and eat in the tranquil space.

Great pub/bistro to visit with a lovely out side eating space with lots of pretty fairy lights. The food was great and went there with a bunch of friends on my birthday.

Try this wonderful pub in the rolling downs, really great location, nestled between the hills and wonderful for walks on the downs too if this is your thing. A pub that I've visited many times over the years.

Fabulous oldy worldly town, with this amazing historical castle which is the focal point when you are driving towards Arundel. lot's of lovely little shops, cafe's and tea rooms to visit. A favorite of mine is is Belinda's which does a great lunch or wonderful afternoon tea.

Fabulous oldy worldly town, with this amazing historical castle which is the focal point when you are driving towards Arundel. lot's of lovely little shops, cafe's and tea rooms to visit. A favorite of mine is is Belinda's which does a great lunch or wonderful afternoon tea.

Beautiful rustic, oldy worldly village, nestled in the down land. Wonderful to have a wander through with some super little tea rooms if your a lover like me of scones and cake. Also a fabulous place to walk to or from if you are a seasoned hiker.

One of Brighton's iconic places to visit, a former royal palace built as a sea side retreat for King George the IV. Apparently it was once fashionable and frivolous ( sounds amazing !.. lol ) and is definitely worth a visit. Interesting and unusual, it's one of the main focal points that you see as you head towards the sea front when entering Brighton.

Comedy Club.
Had some fun filled nights here if your up for a laugh?! Great local comedy club, been a number of times ( good money for value ). A little grungy but definitely worth a visit. Had some top acts there on occasions, so watch out for that! The Komedia is also a picture house., but not always your average film, some are off the beaten track a little.

Cabaret Club.
Had a fab afternoon here with some girlfriends recently at this drag and burlesque club, it was funny and uplifting, an absolute tonic! ....The main compare was really superb, the only disappointing thing was the brunch, all I would say is don't save your self!

Really lovely bar to visit, whilst vibrant it's not so loud that you can't sit there and chat with friends. Duke St is pretty central and a good starting point or place to meet if your going out for the evening.
