This lounge restaurant is perfect for celebrations and a night out with the guys or gals. It’s located in West Hollywood near plenty of other bars and clubs. The plates are about 30 bucks each. And cocktails range between $15 and $20.

I think this place has actually managed to capture the elegance and exclusivity of the Hollywood scene and combine it with the down to earth vibes that allow you to actually enjoy yourself. This is one of my favorite go out spots for 21+ through 30.
