Walk, cycle, kayak and eat here. Cycling Cyclists are most welcome at Seven Sisters Country Park. Whilst there are no bridleways in the Park, cycling is permitted on the valley floor. There is a concrete track which offers safe and easy access to the beach, which is perfectly ideal for families with young children. The South Downs Way runs through the Park and is a footpath only, so cycling is not permitted on this route. Bike racks can be found in each car park and next to the Visitor Centre.
