Loon Mountain is great for skiing! Take the shuttle from Deer Park in the winter. Also, check out Loon for hikes in the off-season.

Neighborhoods
Deer Park itself is great for walking around; kids can also bring bikes and scooters. There are tennis and basketball courts that guests are free to use.

The town of Woodstock, just a 10-15 minute walk from the condo, is small but charming. There are a few souvenir shops, a great bakery, ice cream, a couple diners/restaurants, and the Woodstock Brewery.
There’s also a playground down by the river — directly across from our condo on the other side.
