During the summer, this place is great. They have live music, good seafood, a view of the water, etc. Upstairs they have a bar that gets pretty fun during the winter months. We always have a good time going there. Note, the bar “upstairs” is a bar and not a family spot. However, when the summer is in full swing, downstairs is great place for the whole family!

Hop on the Bridgeport Ferry to Long Island! Tickets are $20 per adult (discounts for seniors and kids) and takes 1hr and 15mins to get to Port Jefferson, NY. Port Jefferson is great and everything is super accessible and in walking distance of the ferry.
