There is outdoor seating at most venue and they also have outdoor cinema, great open space, sometimes food markets. Just a great place to go.

Blockhouse Park
The highest point in Plymouth. A 360 view around the city from sea to moor.
You can hire bikes. It starts at Marsh Mills but goes up to the moors. A good pub called The Skylark is at the end although you can carry on to Yelverton with another pub. THe walk is mostly through stunning woodland. You can also hire bikes - the route is an old railway line.

Great for dog-walking, child-walking, jogging, cycling. There is one main circular route but it joins to lots of other routes. Saltram also has a play area, great cafe and a house. Parking costs £3 unless you are a national Trust member. Its great in all weather.
