This is a great park if you want nice open fields to run around in. There is a full size basketball court, a mini netball court and a playground. There is a track so you can go for a run or a walk.

A must see if you are tourist as this will give you a 360 degree view of our beautiful city. This is the tallest tower in the southern hemisphere. You can even look down to the ground through the clear glass floor.

Don't let the name fool you this museum has plenty of great exhibits. They also have regular Maori cultural performances. I'd highly recommend going to one of the performances so you can experience the song and dance of the Maori people.

You can catch the bus from the Auckland Ferry building to Devonport. The trip normally takes about 15 minutes and ferries are pretty much every half hour during peak times. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants there.

Mount Eden Summit gives you 360 views of Auckland. Unfortunately you can't drive up there any more so if you would like to go up to the top the walk does take about 25-30 minutes.

This is our main transport hub as it is in the middle of the city. You can catch a bus or train here or walk 500m to the ferry building if you are planning a trip to Waiheke or Devonport.
