A great waterside venue for good pub food and drinks. A great location to watch Port Lincoln's fishing fleet parade by in the heart of the Port Lincoln Marina. About 40 minutes from Vandy's shack.

Coffin Bay is a 20 minute drive from Vandy's shack. It is a beautiful little town with a population of about 2000 people. The population swells during school holidays! It has a couple of General stores with most things you could need. There are several places to eat out in Coffin Bay including 1802 bar and bistro, the Coffin Bay Hotel and the Coffin Bay Yacht club (certain nights only). Buy fresh oysters at Coffin Bay. The entrance to the Coffin Bay National Park is on the southern edge of Coffin Bay.

Parks & Nature
Our favourite beach in Australia during summer! Take your 4WD and turn left onto the beach at the bottom of the boat ramp. Drive to the point and set up for the day. Great swimming and boating in this area. Best on a day when the wind is blowing from the east.

Fantastic park with plenty of beaches and tracks to explore. Allow a full day. Our favourite spots in the park are Black Springs (best got to by boat - as you can choose your own private beach for the day), 7 mile beach (4WD needed), Sensation Beach and Point Sir Issacs. Point Avoid, Golden Island and Almonta beach are also great spots.

Coffin Bay National Park
Fantastic park with plenty of beaches and tracks to explore. Allow a full day. Our favourite spots in the park are Black Springs (best got to by boat - as you can choose your own private beach for the day), 7 mile beach (4WD needed), Sensation Beach and Point Sir Issacs. Point Avoid, Golden Island and Almonta beach are also great spots.
Greenly Beach
Good surf beach. Not for beginners. Catch Salmon from the beach.
