Head to South Bus Terminal and get into a bus going to Oslob. The bus ride can take up to 3-4 hours depending on the traffic. This attraction can get too crowded so I recommend travelling to Oslob the day before or book a whale shark tour in Moalboal.

This is my favourite island resort in Cebu. You will have the entire island of Sumilon to yourself as there are no locals living on the island.
The resort can be expensive if you stay overnight but you can always book a day tour if you are on a budget.
I recommend a side trip to this resort if you intend to swim with the whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu.
