Parks & Nature
Laugardalur valley is a great place for outdoors activities. Reykjavík´s biggest swimming pool and gym is in the valley. Also a bottanical garden with a very nice café (Kaffi Flóra), domestic animal zoo and a small family theme park.

Reykjavík´s man made beach. It's got a heated outdoor pool (more like a lage hot tub) and a heated pool that blends in with the sea at high levels. Currently the hottest spot for viking swimming in the cold sea.
