In peak season, The Hangout is the place to go at night for live music, drinks, and a carnival like atmosphere, but the wait for food could be a few hours so I recommend eating their breakfast or lunch.

This is the go to place for anything. Walking distance from the condo, they have beach toys to groceries to frozen bait and fishing supplies. We end up there all the time for a quick snack or late night treat for the kids. They also have breakfast items and coffee.

The layout
Most of the area is residential with condos, homes, public beach access, beachside restaurants and local gift shops in walking distance. For more entertainment options, a short drive and you have shopping, food, gooney golf and go carts. This keeps your pool and beach time less congested with more options just a few miles away. Enjoy the best of both worlds!!!
