This is an awesome park that is about a 20 min walk from our home. Here, you’ll get stunning views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Mount Tamalpais in Marin County. This is also a great place to fly (or watch) kites!

Getting around Berkeley or to San Francisco
Most restaurants and other places of interest in Berkeley are a short 10min Uber/lyft or a 40 min walk. We’re within 2 miles of the UC Berkeley campus. There are tons of restaurants within a 15 min walk, either right on San Pablo Ave or on the 4th street shopping district. Since our home is on the west side of Berkeley, San Francisco is a very 25-30 min (without traffic) car ride. We highly recommend you take the AC transit bus, as it will avoid all the bridge traffic, regardless of the time of day!
