Quick walk to a decent size man-made lake. Walk the 2.5 mile loop to enjoy the calm family atmosphere, see plenty of Canadian geese on any day, and occasionally a few pelicans. If you want to learn about earthquakes, this is the place you want to he because the Hayward fault goes right through it. Stop by at the boat docks and look for the signs for the walking earthquake exhibit.
