There are 2 good parks in walking distance. 1) Maruta Gardner Playground - across from Belmont Park - 20 min walk (good for 4 and up) 2) Fanuel Park - walk along the bay about 10 min walk past Catamaran Hotel (good for toddlers)

Safe swimming for kids

Mission Bay just a block down Redondo (our street) is no waves and safe swimming for littles.
