Robert's Cove is a stunning little harbour with a lovely safe sandy beach when the tide is out. It is reached by driving through Minane Bridge. There's a great cliff walk to Rocky Bay. Afterwards, you can stop for a drink in the Harbour Bar or a bite to eat in Robert's Cove Inn (check opening times)

Sightseeing
Fountainstown beach is adjacent to Myrtleville about 2km along the Coast Road. It has a very accessible shingle beach which is good for swimming. During the summer you can hire Kayaks here from Funkytown. At low tide a huge sandbank called the Backstrand emerges next to Fountainstown beach which is great for walks. There is also Angela's cafe/shop opposite the beach.
