Superb local in traditional old style pub. fri night wood fired pizza. Wed is burger night. Fish & Chips Friday lunchtime. we had our 2 eldest christened in Salehurst and loved seeing the Rev pulling pints afterwards!

My all time favourite destination. Where the Bloomsbury Set hung out. Be sure to book peak season as only 10 at a time on the hour.

Be sure to park at The Harbour Master to avoid the masses. Wander up the beach to oggle at the houses and leap around in the sand dunes. Grab a hot chocolate or ice cream at the KitKat Cafe. And meander back to The Globe on Military Rd, Rye (see separate pist) via the very picturesque Winchelsea (ditto)
