Thursday Night Walking Street. Every Thursday night the road in downtown Maenam is closed to vehicles and it becomes a night market / walking street. Many vendors set up stands selling all sorts of food, clothing, souvenirs, and much more.

Disc golf course located off of Soi 5 in Maenam. 400 Baht per person for unlimited play for one day, which includes disc (frisbee) rental. There is a clubhouse with a restaurant, bar, and discs & merchandise available for sale. Great activity for families and people of all ages.

Cafe with a tree house perched high up in the trees, giving a spectacular view over Maenam. There also is a waterfall and zipline course on the property. This cafe is located in the mountains and transportation via 4x4 taxi is required, or by motorbike with an experienced, confident driver.

Nice bistro-style Thai fusion restaurant conveniently located on the main road in Maenam. The owner and head chef formerly ran the restaurant at the 4 Seasons resort on the island, and the attention to detail and sophistication of the menu has carried over to Spices. We highly recommend the Red Duck Curry.
