West Angle Bay is a beautiful sandy beach. It is dog-friendly all year round and access is excellent with a car park adjacent to the beach.
Wavecrest Cafe at the beach serves excellent food, coffee and ice-cream and is open April - October.

Barafundle Bay is simply stunning. Enjoy the 10 minute headland walk from Stackpole Quay to reach this beach that feels truly tropical in the Summer!

Freshwater West is wonderful for long walks with the dog, running up and down the sand dunes with the kids and surfing. We recommend booking a surf lesson with Outer Reef Surf School and enjoying the best burgers on the beach from Cafe Mor.

For cosy meals by the fire in Winter and wonderful Summer's evenings in the garden we wholeheartedly recommend The Stackpole Inn. 20 minutes from the cottage, and close to Barafundle Bay this is a great place to enjoy good food and drink.

Enjoy fresh crab & lobster rolls or fantastic burgers from Cafe Mor in the garden of the Old Point House, our other local pub just a 10 minute walk round the bay from Bluebell Cottage. Or sip a G&T overlooking East Angle Bay. Great food also served inside the pub.
