Not to expencive, and a very cosy place. To find somewhere near Karl Johan to eat can be very pricey, so if you want to eat something cheaper but still good, visit Tullins.

Det grønne kjøkken - the green kitchen. A very nice cafe at Tøyen. Not far from Kampen, Vålerenga and The old part of Oslo. Some very nice neighbourhoods.

My favourite café and bar. They got ping pong, shuffleboard and a selection of organic food and cakes. A great place to enjoy a cup of coffee alone or with friends.

Sundays at Blå is a Oslo tradition. Live band and everybody's dancing. They also have a sunday market. Blå is right next to hausmania wich is a occupated building. It's a supernice area!

Right across the street from my apartment there's a pub called Gaasa. They have local brew beer, and a lot of international brewed as well. They have a free pool-table and a huge outdoor area.
