It's a nice neighborhood restaurant. Easily walkable. They have a Sunday brunch which is excellent. Slightly pricey, but a nice intimate place to dine.

"Shwa" and Ed are very friendly, prompt, and inexpensive.
This is a great walk. (And I know a shortcut past the heron rookery.) It takes only fifteen minutes or so and you're there. Fun to watch the ships come and go. And sometimes, the salmon!

Sean (and Hana) sometimes are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is an A-1 neighborhood hangout. The fruit smoothies are great, and they have good pastry.
