My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sekyu's. The space was very neat, clean, and welcoming. It is about two miles away from the downtown area, making it a quick Uber ride. The bed was comfortable and there was even coffee provided. Accessing the property was simple and all we needed to get in was a code from Sekyu. We would definitely recommend this space and would stay here again.

Sekyu and Rosie’s home was beautifully clean and the perfect little space for our trip. The amenities were all that we needed to be comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect central location for day trips to Scottsdale, etc. and a quick ride into city center. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space to store our belongings!

Sky's place was a great stop during our roadtrip through the Southwest. It is conveniently located, and had a great setup for our dog. Sky greeted us upon arrival and made himself available during our stay. We hope to be back!

Sky made us feel incredibly welcome. Our flight was cancelled coming out to Phoenix, so we ended up having quite a long travel day. It was nice that Sky was so accommodating to our new flight schedule. When we finally did arrive, it made us smile to see such a comfortable looking guest house with muffins waiting for us on the counter. Everything about the guest house is perfect--from the location to the amenities to the fresh eggs in the fridge. We were also very appreciative that Sky was so quick to respond to our questions before we arrived. The entire experience was a positive one. We came out to Phoenix to golf and attend spring training baseball games. The Coronado Guest house was perfect for everything we needed it to be. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Phoenix.

I travel to Phoenix for work and normally stay at a downtown hotel but this guest house was perfect! Cozy space, quiet charming neighborhood and just a quick drive to the downtown area. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was really clean and neat. Together with the bathroom it was separated from the rest of the house so it was really quit and one had his privacy.

Bret's place is in a great, central location to Phoenix and Sky Harbor. A great and simple place with great amenities. Perfect place to explore the area or relax in the shaded pool. Bret is a responsive host. The cleanliness could've have been better. Overall, this place is a good value for what you get: a soft, clean place to sleep with convenient amenities and location.

Great place! We really enjoyed it here. The mattress and comforter were astoundingly comfy. Only minor complaint was 1 shower to about 5 people, it seemed (all 4 bedrooms are air bnbs). If you’ve got a schedule to keep to, factor in a little extra time. We’ll probably be back 👍

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Malinda’s husband offering two cold beers. The place was small but cozy. We noticed it was dirty in the corners however the bathroom was clean which is most important. The air conditioning was a window unit, it worked however it was noisy. We were looking forward to riding the bikes around town that they advertised were available however they clearly hadn’t been ridden in a while, they were older, very dusty, and one had a flat tire. Overall it was ok, however we would not stay here again.

Malinda’s place was perfect. She was so hospitable and made us feel right at home. Amenities were great. We could cook in the oven or stovetop or microwave. She gave us coffee, tea, and snacks. Really, really great place I highly recommend it!

Malinda and her husband are incredibly welcoming people with a beautiful home. The cottage is the perfect size, has all the amenities you really need, and even includes bikes that you can use to go to the park or the grocery! I can't recommend this stay enough!

Le lit était confortable et il n'y a rien à redire concernant la propreté. Comme toute celles que nous avons eu lors de notre road trip, la clim est bruyante. Néanmoins Malinda met à disposition dans le cottage un ventilateur ce qui était suffisant pour dormir. Nous avons eu le plaisir de voir Malinda à notre arrivée et au moment de partir, elle a été très accueillante.

Super sweet hosts! Good people and a nice safe area. Very close to The Scottsdale Quarter too. We felt safe and the stove and microwave works well. There is a really great TV in the main room as well as comfy places to sit :-)

Ginger’s place was great! We wanted to spend the night somewhere close to the airport for our early flight and Ginger’s place was only a ten minute drive. A lovely casita with a kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette had almost everything you’d expect in a full-size kitchen. There were even fresh baked goods that we enjoyed for breakfast. I would gladly stay here again!

We needed a place to stay for one night after our later flight, Ginger’s place was perfect! It was exactly as described with nice touches like breakfast bars, items in the fridge, soap/shampoo in shower. Communication was excellent and details were thorough. I highly recommend Casita Bonita!

Esther’s place is definitely a great value for the price. the check-in process was very easy with a door code, and Esther was very quick to respond via text. The house was very well laid out and homey. Other guests can stay in various rooms with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. Even though the mattress was a bit squeaky, the bed was very comfortable and warm. Towels, hangers, shampoo, tea, and coffee all available! Thanks Esther for a great stay! We would definitely be back.

Open space perfect for one, or two folks who can be around one another all the time. Bed very comfortable, TV had components that weren't functional (we just streamed from our computer), some moderately-essential missing kitchen items but nothing crucial. SUPER comfy and gigantic sofa made movie-watching really pleasant. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, museum, library, train, etc. VERY responsive host, and nice/helpful building staff.

Derek's place is wonderful. There were great views of downtown and the sunset on the patio. It is a quiet, residential area of downtown. We ate at 2 restaurants a block away, The Vigo Fillmore and CIBO and they were excellent. The times we went to the pool we were the only ones there. I would definitely stay there again.

Derek's apartment is centrally located and within walking distance from some cool restaurants and bars. Definitely take advantage of the pool (especially on hot days).

Pretty amazing place, close to downtown (15 min walk) and two blocks from a city bike station. Only one remark: it is a little noisy in the morning (car honks and trains)

Super close to a lot of places and things to do while still being on a quiet road. the place was very clean and had a lot of room for being a studio. patty was a terrific host by answering any questions we had. she also made us feel very welcome by having drinks and snacks at the house when we arrived, as well as a detailed list of recommendations on where to eat and what to do.

If you get the opportunity to stay in Studio B don’t pass it up. This well thought out little space has everything you need to enjoy a couple days in Phoenix. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Plenty of towels were available. We loved the little patio and bistro table, a perfect place to share a bottle of wine and a charcuterie platter. The charming historical neighborhood has many dining options within walking distance. If it had been cooler weather we would have enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at all the quaint homes. Patty leaves a binder with all instructions and some fabulous restaurant suggestions. We tried two (St. Francis and Vovomeena) and would recommend them to everyone. Studio B is at the top of our list of places to stay should we be visiting Phoenix again.

I stayed at Studio B for a relaxing solo vacation in Phoenix. Great location, great communication, and the place had everything I needed. LOVED the outdoor shower, and the washing machine and dishwasher came in handy. I would definitely stay again!

This was perfect for my needs and a great value. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed flipping between tennis and football on the cable TV while lounging in the room. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, and the bathroom was quite large. The fridge is stocked with ice-cold drinking water. I would happily stay here again.

Great location with some cool stuff to do close by. Cozy with good water pressure. Special requests for WiFi to be on past 10:30pm. No In room tv so beware it is mainly for sleeping if that is all you need you are set.

Michael and Zane are excellent hosts, and their dog is very sweet. Their place was easy to find right off the freeways. It’s a very cute room, and the doors open and close quietly, which was ideal, as I was coming and going quite a bit.

Was only here to sleep, but had a tv and roku in room - Netflix available, connection worked great. Perfect if you just need a room. Quiet area, comfortable bed. Host was nice and quick to respond.

The accommodation has a gorgeous set up and is very private at the back of Kevin and Dans place. Should you wish to have some down time during your stay, they have a full kitchen and lounge set up so you can cook a delicious meal and watch a movie. You can occasionally hear the train sounds however it is more of an added touch rather than a nuisance. K&D are super helpful and provide any tips. Highly recommend!

Toby creates a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere, with little touches to make your stay more enjoyable, like the inviting little patio with string lights, refreshments and snacks, and cleanliness all-around. We loved Nicole’s place. It’s located in a great, chill location, close to Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. The room is spacious and clean, with lovely decorations - and we loved having Apple TV to watch while we relaxed in the evening after a long day. We really appreciated the waters and beverages, and Nicole’s amazing list of tips on the wall! The parking spot and keyless access were also great. Thank you so much, we would definitely stay again.

This place is awesome! Everything you could think of amenity-wise is there. It isn’t exactly walkable, but it is a quick lyft or bus ride away from everything.

What a perfect, hip spot for two!! Spotlessly clean with a great shower/tub, super comfortable king bed, and a private patio. Everything you need in the kitchen and bath. We really liked Kevin and Dan’s place. Initially, we were going to rent a hotel room at the airport on a layover in PHX before I came across this close and cost effective option. Our intent was to arrive fairly late and be there for nine hours total to sleep and return to PHX to fly out the next morning. When we pulled up to the place and walked through the door I realized this space was offering much more than an airport hotel could for half the price. This space offers a close to the airport location, an extremely easy self check-in, street parking on a nice and quiet street, and it’s offers a very charming and relaxing vibe. Upon opening the door it was obvious that there is a pride in ownership and that Kevin and Dan really care for their Airbnb guests. The space is extremely clean, well though out and spacious for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom is at the rear of the space which made the nights rest even quieter. The kitchen is a perfect size (and new) for visiting guests, plus the refrigerator was stocked with cold waters. The couch was clean, comfortable and the unit offered an option for TV in the main room and the bedroom if interested. The patio also offers an outdoor space for enjoying a moment outside. If I was to return to Phoenix for a trip I wouldn’t look for other options and just try and rebook this unit with Kevin and Dan. It’s location and charm was all I would need for a stay. Lastly, Kevin and Dan were very super easy to communicate with and attentive to any questions I had. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient. Thank you again Kevin and Dan, we appreciated your hospitality!

The place was awesome! Very cozy with a super comfortable bed/pillows and all you would need for a lengthy stay. We were only able to stay one night so didn't get to enjoy the kitchen or relaxing in the patio area. Kevin and Dan were very responsive to all communications and clear about expectations which are completely reasonable. We weren't there long enough to comment on local attractions but they are minutes from the airport which was wonderful. Only issue if you want to call it that was lower than usual ceilings in the front living space. My husband is 6'4" and had about 3" clearance. He managed fine so just a heads up deal. :-) The bedroom has vaulted ceiling and very spacious. Worth every penny and would definitely stay here again. Michelle and Gene - Bonney Lake, WA

Rafael and Thomas are wonderful hosts! They are friendly, yet after providing a warm welcome and a tour of their space, they retreated and totally respected my privacy. Although their place is small, the furnishings are compact, efficient and modern. The bathroom was spotless. It was perfect for a one-night stay!

A great little spot to unwind in Phoenix. The price was amazing for what we got and for what they provided for us during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal (pots, pans, two burners, fridge, sink, toaster, counter top oven). The bed was comfortable and easy to set up/put away. They had a lot of good snacks for us to eat and drink upon arrival, which was really nice. The location was great, very easy on and off for a major freeway close by. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown. We did have an incident with leaving our car out front (not related to Rafael or Thomas), but Thomas was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating when notified of what happened. This was the only downside of our stay, and I am only writing about it to inform future Airbnb-ers to make sure they are extra vigilant with their car at night. Thank you Rafael and Thomas for a really pleasant stay, we hope to be coming back soon!

Wonderful hosts, clean place, all around a great stay.

From the moment we drove up to the house, we felt welcome. Gary met us and escorted us to our place. I would describe it as a tiny house thoughtfully and perfectly appointed. It is a small space, but we had everything we needed. The water pressure was excellent in the shower and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The house is in his backyard, but it doesn't look or feel like a backyard. I enjoyed sitting at the small table outside to enjoy the garden. We also had our breakfast and coffee outside. It was very clean. There is a Safeway, McDonald's, and Subway less than a mile away. We felt safe in the neighborhood and even walked to the Safeway one evening. Gary is an excellent host and wants his guests to have a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. I was sad to leave because Gary felt like a friend, and we were only there three nights.

Gary’s place was awesome! He was quick to respond to all of our messages and questions and gave us great info to help plan our trip. The space was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had a great entertainment suite (Netflix/surround sound) set up! The central location was perfect for all our adventures in the Phoenix area. The bungalow is located in the property’s backyard, so you can interact or stay as independently as you like. There’s also a lovely outdoors area to hangout in in the backyard. Quick drive to downtown, maybe around 5mins. Scottsdale and Tempe isn’t far either. The suite itself is fully stocked. A small kitchenette, loaded bathroom (three shower heads!), laundry at the back, Netflix and HBO. Thanks Gary!!

The bungalow was charming, Gary was superb and Charlie the cat was undeniably adorable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches Gary adds to make you feel welcome!

Gary’s place is perfectly charming! Extremely clean and well decorated. Beautiful courtyard right outside your door. Downtown Phoenix is minutes away. Cottage is super clean and quiet. Perfect for one or two. Loved it!!!

We went to Scottsdale for Spring Training and Artur's condo was perfect! It is beautifully remodeled, private, quiet and has a great kitchen. We had a quick trip, but would definitely stay here again The neighborhood is quiet and close to food, coffee and Dunkin Donuts. Do not hesitate to book Arthur for a great stay in the Phoenix area.

We had an amazing stay at Artur's. He is a super host. The space is just as beautiful as the pictures and meticulously clean. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything you need for shopping and dining including a Trader Joe's very close by. Sitting in the yard on warm sunny afternoons and picking fresh oranges for breakfast were an added treat this time of year. 10 Stars indeed. Would definitely return!

Artur's space was great. It was just a few minutes north of the city and had a great wine bar only a few miles away. The space was clean, bright, and had an amazing little courtyard where we we able to enjoy stone morning coffee which was provided for us, how great! Would highly recommend this space!

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and neat. Very good and comfortable bed. In a nice and quiet neighborhood (we like to take walks in the evening). Was a very good "base of operations" for us in Phoenix. Also, the wireless internet is excellent. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen is well equipped with a nice stove.

Lovely home; lovely experience! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Artur's condo. It was exactly as described and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and at home. The condo was in close proximity to several fabulous restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, which we found to be very convenient. The condo was clean and perfect size for two people. We much preferred staying here than at a resort or hotel! The condo is easy to find and the neighbourhood is quiet and quaint. Thanks again for making our stay in Phoenix a memorable one!

Charlie was a great host! The room is a bit far from downtown but other than that it was nice.

Charlie is very accommodating and his place feels and looks like a home. I was very comfortable and enjoyed peace and quiet. I was able to sleep well. I highly recommend Charlie's place.

Due to plumbing issues at our home nearby we had to find lodging at the last minute--Joe and Jyoti were kind and gracious hosts, making sure we got into the room ok and were comfortable. The space is great, and the bed offered a much needed good night's rest!

Miriam was a great host, we didnt get to meet cause we checked in so late but she was understanding of our changes in times. She left out sweets for us and the place was super clean. She has pets and they were well behaved. Would definitely stay again next time in Phoenix.

We stayed at Perla's place the night before heading to the airport. While we didn't get to meet her, she was a great communicator and it was a comfortable place to lay our heads before a day of travel. Great value and close to the airport.

We had an amazing week thanks to Perla and Sergio. They helped us a lot giving us information about the places around the house and nice places to visit. They were also very thoughtful throughout the week. The room and bathroom was clean, the size of the room was perfect for my wife and I. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Oh sheesh! These two have the Airbnb game DOWN!! What a fabulous, sparkly clean room with allllll the amenities. Michael’s place was spotless, easy to find and check in was a breeze. We even rolled into Phoenix around 12:30 AM and they still got us in and to bed in record time :) In the morning, Michael’s mom made us chorizo and egg burritos which were the best!! This was one of the most adorable AirBnb's I have ever stayed at! The house was small but airy and light, and our room was perfect for my friend and I! In the morning, there were breakfast items to enjoy and coffee if we wanted it. We never got to meet our hosts due to time conflicts but they were very communicative and sweet. Such a great find!

Mike's place is great in every single aspect. Spacious, clean, stylish, comfortable, gorgeous neighborhood, just next to Papago park which I loved on my short hikes and runs every day in the morning. Mike is really nice, attentive and responsive as well as an enjoyable person to chat and interact. I would have stayed more if not because the room was already all booked up. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. Mike provided lots of cold bottled waters in the fridge which I appreciated with the Arizonan heat. The location was amazing for heading to Papago Park often. Everything was in order and clean and when I visited with Mike he was very friendly and full of positive energy. I felt comfortable and safe here which is important when traveling alone. Also, the access to a pool was a huge plus!

I had a great stay at Bret’s! The home is very clean and organized and it is in a quiet neighborhood. 1.5 miles to a grocery store. The room has a TV and my housemates were quiet!

We were looking for a stay that was a good value and this was perfect! Great location, about an 8 minute drive from the airport. Extremely spacious and a very comfortable bed. When we stayed there were only a few other guests who mostly kept to their room, so it almost seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Would definitely recommend.
