It is spacious w/ 2 living areas, fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal, master bathroom w/walk in shower & hall bathroom with shower/ tub. A queen bed/ double bed/2 twin beds. 2 TVs to watch. Home has washer/dryer. 1911 Knowles Drive ,Ruston. fenced in area for pets.

The simple life!! Quaint little house just close enough, and yet far enough away from the city bustle. Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.
