This gem is at the epicenter of shops, restaurants and nightlife! Enjoy all our town offers within walking distance- The Barter Theatre, The Creeper Trail, The Tavern, Jack's 128 Pecan, Foresta, Summers Rooftop/Cellar, Rain, The Girl & The Raven, SweetBay Brewery, and much, much more- and it was literally built over a spring!

We welcome travel nurses or other long term workers, just book it for 28 days at a time. This is a one bedroom with a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Keurig, Roku-TV, a small fan for noise, and rocking chairs on the front covered porch, the back deck is more private.
