Celebrate the holiday season and take a break from the hustle and bustle at our family home in Monticello, KY. Nine generations of our family have enjoyed this property. Parts of the original cabin are incorporated into the current structure. Three outdoor seating areas, a fire pit, games and a wooded area let you enjoy the outdoors. The interior sleeps up to 8 and has everything you need! The home has been lovingly cared for and enjoyed by our family. We hope to share its gifts to you!

Bluegrass Gables: Lake Cumberland Cottage

Relax in the forest is this amazing 4bd/2.5ba cottage. Only minutes to the Ramsey Point boat ramp, this is your base for your Lake Cumberland vacation. Bring your boat; ample parking onsite. Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepit outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Eagle's Nest Lake Retreat

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located vacation home. Our newly renovated retreat is sitting less than 8 miles from the water nestled right at the heart of Lake Cumberland. Our home is fully equipped for your family and friends. We have a large driveway and there is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend. Our home is located just next door to the well-known Eagle's Nest RV Park.

Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Crooked House

The Crooked House! Yes you read that right. This older house has been renovated from top to bottom but the floors have remained unlevel to give you the feeling of the old an original. (Actually my contractor didn't notice the uneven floors until it was too late to adjust, ha) The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a nice coffee bar, seating for 6 comfortably and 6 acres to be enjoyed. Come stay with us and enjoy our space.

The Little FarmHouse

Historic farmhouse in a peaceful country setting. Home was built by World war 2 veteran! Kitchen has all your basic needs ;Crock pot, Coffee maker and toaster , washer and dryer for your convenience! The bathroom and one bedroom is on main floor and upstairs are 2 more bedrooms plus a tiny sunroom with a daybed and a trundle bed that’s great for kids. Lovely front porch where wildlife can often be seen! Convenient location with driveway right off of HWY 80 and 5 miles from town

The Bourbon House

Take it easy at this unique Kentucky Bourbon themed getaway only 10 minutes away from Lake Cumberland via the Jamestown Marina. The Bourbon House has two queen beds in their own bedrooms and a full sized pull out sofa with 2 full bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen but is only 5 minutes away from Jamestown Square with 3 different delicious restaurant options. Enjoy the peace of being in the country on the back patio facing the woods, with a fire in the fire pit.

Lake House "Dar Bida" Monticello

Forget your worries in this spacious, nearly 4,000 sq ft, and serene space. You will enjoy the silence and magnificent view on Lake Cumberland. "Dar Bida" is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy time with your family or friends. Lake Cumberland offers plenty of possibilities for outdoor activities such as paddling, boating and fishing. Two boat ramps are within 5 miles and boats can be stored at a dedicated boat storage area within the gated residence.

Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
