The studio is comfortable for a family of 4 or "extra cozy" for 2 couples. One queen bed + a queen air mattress. Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, FULL kitchen, private garden patio. Free Parking for one car. Yard & driveway shared with hosts.

This cozy studio is attached to the main house. Guests have the whole place to themselves with private entrance. Fully furnished, kitchen for basic cooking, 1 Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Alexa and Swimming Pool (not heated) ***. Guests private entrance is through side gate. (key will be in lockbox). Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.
