A beautifully tranquil setting on the shores of Lake Rotorua. One double bedroom with an amazing view of Mokoia Island to wake up to. An optional second bedroom is also available containing two single beds, again with a lake view. Ranch sliders are close to both bedrooms and lead to a very pretty garden with outdoor seating provided and access to lake front and reserve. This is a fabulous home right on the lake front where you will have the whole downstairs area which is self contained. This Includes your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, deck, and two bedrooms, mins away from the Blackbarn. Initial cost is for 2 people with an additional $80/person/night thereafter

The Boat Shed, a lakefront self-contained studio accommodation, has a vaulted beamed ceiling, a living area, a built-in corner queen bed and a tiled ensuite. The accommodation opens onto a private deck and patio facing the lake. It is a self-contained unit with a microwave, fridge, toaster and electric jug. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

Lake Rotoiti Lakefront - hot water creek

The hot water creek is in our bay! Wind your way through a pretty forest on the shores of Lake Rotoiti. 20 mins from Lake Rotorua. The bach is a big L shaped room with a separate bathroom. Kayak to the hot water stream in the corner of the bay. Grab a water taxi up to the Lake Rotoiti Hotpools (only accessible by boat. Lovely for swimming. Bike and walk in the forest. Note- TV does not get reception ( there are a range of DVDs onsite). Please note only 1 Queen bed now.
