Second Floor 1-bedroom with deck near Rose Bowl

This is the second floor of our house, a private entrance with parking off-street. Currently has wifi, and central heating/cooling, the middle area has a fridge, stove, microwave and washer/dryer. We're just 2 miles to Rose Bowl, 3 miles to Old Town, 4 miles to Millard Campgrounds, where you can see the waterfall, hiking, and trail riding. Also 3 miles to JPL, and Pasadena Community College.
