Apartment in a protected monument from Belle Epoque (1920's) with terasse/garden, living, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, WiFi, bed linen and towels, TV, koffie&tea, kitchen- & toiletpaper, heating, dishwasher,...
The apartment is located in an Art Deco building from the 1920's with garden/terrace for your private use (no joint ownership). Terrace is street side and ground-level, direct sun until midday. Living room with sofa, TV/radio. Dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine ( Senseo ), gas stove, dishwasher, toaster,... living room, dining area and kitchen are open with each other about .
Bedroom with wardrobe and separate twin beds, which can be put together - if you like to.
Bathroom with tub+shower and toilet. Hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo,...
From private for private. No extra costs. No hotel services. Use it just like your own apartment. Feel like home, behave like a good guest.
Bed linen and towels included (to use, not to take with you).
Coffee and tea included in limited amounts. It shuld be enough for a few days, but I don't come around for refilling. When empty, then empty.
Five steps down to the apartment (a total of about 1 m in altitude). Between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment is about 2.5 cm high heel. At the terrace are another 10 cm to overcome. Not specifically for wheelchairs or rollators set up, but those who accept the challenge are welcome.
Third and fourth person sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. It's one with a real mattress ( about 1.40 * 1.90). So you do not have to sleep on the seating area, but you will be very close to each other. Still everyone has his own pillow and blanket.
It's renting for fun, not for professional business. I'm an employed bookkeeper, not a landlord. Therefor I can't come around immediately and answers may take a little while. But until now it always worked out :]
Check-in yourself with the key-box. I can come around after my working day, if you want to.
Or you wait for me to finish my zorking day and then meet me at the apartment.
You get two pairs of keys.
Use everything you find. The entire apartment is for you.
Free WiFi - but don't overdo it. Watching three film a day on streaming is enough, I hope.
