This apartment is modern, updated, spacious, fully self contained and offers TWO patios. It is one of three units, within a property which is outfitted with granite counter-tops, Insect screens and security bars on ALL windows, AC unit in the two bedrooms, in-room safe, Ceramic tiles throughout and built in closets and cupboards. It has a large bathroom with built-in granite vanity and under-counter storage, and the bedrooms both have built-in closets. There is a comfortable covered patio which is screened-in (insect screens) and provides lots of privacy; it adjoins a second patio which is an open terrace, great for alfresco dining, sun bathing or having a BBQ (grill provided upon request). The apartment has a fantastic view of the front lawn and garden. There is a separate communal laundry room which guests can use at no additional charge. and clothes pegs, laundry bag and basket are provided. There are two private entrances (patio and kitchen entrance) and the kitchen is considerably large with bar stools, breakfast counter/prep station and well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils and appliances. Every effort is made to provide guests with everything they need for a pleasantly unforgettable stay.
You will have access to a private outdoor covered patio with its own entrance to the apartment, as well as beautifully manicured gardens and lawns; we provide sun loungers for each apartment and comfortable patio furniture. There is automated security lighting, and the property is fully secured with fencing and security cameras around the parameters. There is an outdoor shower on the front lawn of the property, which is great for cooling off on a hot day or for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. A lawn at the rear of the property has been utilised as a drying area and and clothes lines have been installed for laundry use. There is high speed internet, Cable Television, Secure onsite Parking, FREE laundry facilities, and FREE access to the ‘Beach House’ which is located 5 minutes walk from the property. The Beach House has sun loungers, chairs and tables, indoor and outdoor showers, bathrooms, lockers, changing room, restaurant and bar (food and beverage for purchase) and a lovely boardwalk at the front of the complex which is great for morning or evening walks; there is a sandy, white beach in front of the complex, which is great for swimming and snorkelling and where turtles and a variety of fish are often seen. All amenities, including public transport and taxi stand, are minutes walk from the property.

If there is anything you need during your stay which you can not locate in the apartment, we will try our best to source it for you. Your host is pleasant, friendly, patient, communicative and strives to exceed every guest expectation.

We provide bath and hand towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels (changed weekly). We kindly ask that you bring your beach towels, sun block, and beach bags, as the island is usually sunny, with warm temperatures on most days. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing detergents, and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for a full supply during your stay. Rate quoted for 2 persons - Charge of USD $15 per additional person up to maximum of 2 (queen-size sofa bed in living room available for additional sleeping space). Air Condition is optional during the summer period (April 16 - December 15) and the apartment is outfitted with fans. Please add USD $20/night to the summer rate if you require AC (USD $10/night per bedroom). Air condition unit is located in the bedrooms.

USD $160 per night, INCLUSIVE of Air Condition.
The Security Deposit will NOT be charged to your account during the booking process. It can only be claimed to a maximum of USD $500, if there is damage done to the apartment during your stay. Proof of damage has to be provided my me, to substantiate the claim via the Airbnb platform. It is worthy to note that no claims have been made to date by me, towards any of my past guests.

Each apartment is rented as one unit but multiple units may be rented at the same time, or the entire property can be rented for groups wishing to stay on one property. Please enquire for discounted rates which may apply in such situations.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only, as the odor tends to be absorbed into the furniture and is somewhat difficult to remove. Check-out is 11:00 AM but we are flexible depending on our booking schedules and guests flight itineraries. Please advise should you require a late check-out and we will try to accommodate you where possible, at no additional cost.
I was born in Guyana, South America, and moved to Barbados in 1977 at the tender age of 1 making me almost '100% 'bajan'. The casual way of life on the island, makes living here almost perfect, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the outdoors, especially the beach, meeting people and fostering lasting relationships; I have made friends in every corner of the world during my travels and meeting visitors to the island. My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition.
