En suite bathrooms feature granite and travertine tiling, custom cabinetry, a jacuzzi jet tub, and two large steam showers.

The 3 private bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, flatscreen cable tv and dvd, and wall-to-wall operable windows offering unobstructed views (and sounds) of the creek, lake, park and mountains just outside.
BEDS: The upstairs master has a king bed, downstairs bedroom #1 has a single over full bunk bed and a queen bed, and downstairs bedroom #2 has a double bed.
This floor plan offers comfortable living areas, flexible sleeping arrangements and options to get away for private time after those busy days in the mountains with friends and family.
Visible from our unit and a 5-minute walk away is Bighorn Park and Lake, a beautiful setting complete with an athletic field, BBQs and picnic area, a large playground and access to Gore Creek walking trails.
This property is very well suited for the perfect wintry ski retreat or summer getaway to Vail and the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

HOLIDAY BOOKING CANCELLATION TERMS: On bookings confirmed anytime between the Saturday before Christmas through the Sunday after New Years, the host must receive a cancellation notice 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date for a full refund. This shall supersede all other cancellation terms and by confirming a rental during this time, you shall be bound by these specific terms. Vail is a destination resort that typically requires travel planning months in advance. These terms are intended to protect both parties. Please feel free to inquire directly with host if you have questions.
SALES TAX: Vail sales tax rate is 8.4% which we collect separately from our guest through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
We feel so lucky to live in the Bay Area where a love for travel, culture and outdoor recreation are shared by many. We've traveled to many different countries and stayed in great rental homes along the way. This has been our motivation to share our home and this fantastic place with those wanting to visit.
We spend much of our free time outdoors with our kids, hiking and riding mountain/road bikes, at the beach, skiing in Tahoe and the Rockies, socializing in San Francisco and relaxing here in sunny San Anselmo.
We are laid back, clean, take great care of our homes and surroundings, and enjoy meeting others who share a love and respect for travel, adventure, culture, and being a guest in someone else's place.
We can't live without Mexican food and sushi, our bikes and skis, flyfishing, reading, quality time with friends and family, and chasing our kids around.
