Very nice well appointed apartment, great area near the marina, comfy beds and clean, I would recommend staying at Chris's as I will do if I am in the area again.

This is an upscale luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 4th floor. While we enjoyed this place & would stay here again we didn’t expect NOT to have a place to unpack our clothes. No closets were made available & the dresser was full of the owners clothing & stuff. We are also the type of people that purchase food/groceries to cook & we also did not anticipate it being partially full with the owners food. We will convey that the owner is upfront, polite, and a responsive communicator which made our experience nice. If you keep in mind that the owner lives in the apartment & make a few adjustments, you'll do just fine and enjoy quiet, nice, upscale refinement. Please don’t take the above as complaints… we lived through it & would rent this place again… with this being our 7th apartment we’ve rented over the years we simply have not experienced this nor expect it but I’m sure we will again in the future.

The communication from start to finish was both quick and professional. Chris is a perfect host and did his best to provide everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described on the listings page, the wifi is quick, satellite TV is great there was an added bonus of having 2 bathrooms. There is everything you need for a holiday as it is actually Chris's home and not just a flat that has been done up for holiday lets. There is a private parking space available and the location is perfect as there is a great pub exactly opposite the building! Highly recommended if you need a base in the West Country. Thanks for everything Chris!
