Large balcony with BBQ, Outdoor Setting, outdoor lounge and Umbrella.

Main bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed, bedside lights, electric blanket and 80cm Flat Screen TV.

2nd Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Double Bunk Bed (2 singles).

Large fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and Coffee Machine: Aldi Espresso - BYO Pods.

1 parking space in Secure undercover communal garage, with internal access to unit.

Internal Laundry with Washer and Dryer.

Heated Swimming Pool: Communal Use.

You will need to bring your own linen or I can arrange for linen to be delivered and picked up for $30 per bed (up to 7 nights), which includes Sheets, Pillow Cases, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Tea Towels. Beach Towels are also available for an extra $5 each.

For longer stays the linen will be replaced and laundered each week and will incur the same fee per bed per week.

Washing up
Please ensure all kitchen items are washed and put away, or placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on prior to departure.

Garbage
Bins are provided in the unit for garbage and recyclables, please ensure all garbage is removed from the Property and placed in the outside bins provided before departure.

Security and Break Ins
All Guests are responsible for keeping the Property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage to the Owners Property due to neglect in this area. It is important to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked prior to departing the Property.

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and we enjoyed staying there. It was very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped - there was everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing short break. It is really well located to enjoy spectacular marina view. The service from David was extremely helpful. He was very friendly nad gave us good local information. Very highly recommended for a restful stay in beatiful Port Stephens.

David's place is fabulous and spacious - with wonderful views and close to everything. We hate to recommend his placed as it may not be available when we want to use it... Thanks David for all your hospitality...

Thank you David for a great place to stay. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, parks and the walking track back to Corlette was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The secure parking with private access was also an added bonus. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Bay..

Despite David did not come personally during the check in but he sent me detail instructions. When I can't understand certain part of the instruction, he is kind enough to send me photos upon my request. The view and location offered are excellent, not only central in Nelson Bay but convenient to walk to the Marina wharf. Somehow I did not communicate properly with David on the heating requirement hence one of the room was too cold to sleep without any portable heater during winter time. The unit has only one bathroom therefore it may not be suitable for a big group. Bear in mind that it is not a new unit, new occupant must accept the basic wear and tear of the carpet, sofa and the sagging mattress in the guest room.

While I didn't get to meet David, the views were to die for in this beautiful apartment. David was very accommodating when my booking dates changed last minute, and had excellent communication throughout the whole booking.
