Hi Zachary. I'm so sorry you didn't have a great experience and I can understand your disappointment with "problems" with the toilet. The plunber was there within 12 hours of me finding out there was a problem ( which you first told me about on Sunday night at 830) and you had unfortunately had checked out before it was resolved. As it turns out, there was no problem at all, and I do feel bad that the other resident lied to you, and to me, about that situation. I paid 300 to get someone there for emergency repairs the next day. Not your problem but I want to thank you for letting me know that the other guest made you feel so uncomfortable. He has since been asked to leave, because I don't want anyone else to me made uncomfortable by him. I have never had these kinds of problems before so thank you for bringing them to my attention. The door sign was reporting the new address of Mineola Signs, a tenant of mine for nearly 30 years and I allowed them to keep it there so customers could find their new location. The house numbers were ABOVE that sign, but I can see how that might be confusing so I will definitely make the house number larger and clearer. The pictures on the website show an older bed and I bought new ones And traded out the twin beds for full beds. I thought that was an improvement but I will update the pictures on the website so as not to confuse anyone else. Thank you for bringing all of your concerns to my attention.
