Completely renovated worker's cottage (est. 1892) in beautiful Brewer's Hill neighborhood. Private top unit for you to call home! It's a small but cozy space located minutes from downtown Milwaukee! Off street parking available.

Walking distance to many of Milwaukee's best attractions. Short drive/Lyft rides to Fiserv Forum, Summerfest grounds, Public Market. Also close to multiple bus lines! Playgrounds nearby as well.

We lived in this house for 5 years before moving and absolutely loved it.

Guests will have access to the ground level unit and outdoor space. Charcoal grill available for guests use as well.

My brother lives in the basement unit so you may see him around outside. He works full time but can answer any questions you may have.

This space is suitable for children (we raised our son here!). The backyard space is fully enclosed with a gate. Pack n play and umbrella stroller available upon request as well.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

There is no on-site laundry.
