The Diamond Room is a clean and cosy single bedroom in a privately-owned detached house. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home in their part of the apartment. The room is spacious, well-lit, and fitted with a comfortable single bed, work desk, wardrobe and bedside table with reading lamp.
The kitchen is made available to guests, offering a bright and clean area with appliances including a kettle, toaster, oven with hobs, and cutlery. The property has a small garden which can be used to store a bicycle if required.
This property is a private home and the landlady expects guests to show consideration and respect towards her and her own property. The room is available to non-smoking adult female guests who will be back before 10 pm and remain quiet and considerate until 7 am. The living area and dining room are private areas, as such prior permission should be obtained before use. The property is shared with the host but not with any other guests.
Please note, this property is not wheelchair accessible. On-street parking is available free of charge - unfortunately driveway space is not available.
Local Facilities & Attractions
Cambridge is easily accessible by local bus connections. The city and its world-famous universities, theatres, museums and cathedrals are just a 20-minute drive away. The 3D Light Cinema is a 10-minute walk from the property. The peaceful Coleridge Recreation Ground is just around the corner and is ideal for exercising or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. A Budgens Supermarket and the highly-acclaimed Cambridge Escape Rooms are less than a 5-minute drive away.

1. Kindly remove your shoes downstairs
2. WiFi details are on the table in The Diamond Room
3. There is a note in the bathroom on how to flush the toilet
4. Please make sure to lock the bottom lock when you leave the house
5. You will be provided with a bath towel and a hand towel. Kindly note that the rest of the towels in the bathroom should not be used as these belong to the landlady for her personal use.
6. While you are welcome to use the kitchen to heat up some food or make yourself a cup of tea, you are not allowed to use any of the landlady’s food or ingredients without her permission. If you do so without asking her, we may withhold your entire security deposit.

Not much. Guests are welcome to make themselves feel at home in their part of the apartment. The living area and dining room are the private area of the landlady - for use of these areas prior permission should be obtained.
The landlady is looking for someone mature (not age wise but character wise) and above all respectful! An indication of the minimum age is 25 years old, although exceptions may be made.
