This small cottage (750 sf) is perfect for a beach getaway. The space is ideally suited for four guests as the sleeping loft does not offer privacy. The loft has a queen bed, dresser and side table. There is a spiral staircase from the loft to the living area and through to the basement. The lower living area is a newly finished walk-out basement with a Leesa brand queen sized bed and frame, a love seat couch and armchair with a coffee table in the sitting area, 50 inch, wall mounted 4K TV and additional pull out, queen sized day bed and dresser. There is also an air bed for additional guest use.
Not recommended for families with small children or guests with mobility issues.
