Sleep on a Firm queen size bed, in a room equipped with microwave, kettle, refrigerator and toaster, coffee, tea. Compact work station, near subways, restaurants & many amenities. 10 to 15mins to Manhattan. Hair dryer, iron, air-conditioning are available. There is no elevator. Fast WiFi, TV with over 200 + channels. Sheets/Towels, Toilet paper provided. The house is quiet and located in a vibrant area. Great for Medical students.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time in Kathleen’s place. The house and the room were very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We really enjoyed our stay. We know where to sleep when we come back! Thank you Kathleen.

Good location. Typical to NY apartments- small spaces but you pay for a place to stay and easy access to subways. I was mostly out in the city all day. Easy access to the room in a 3 storey home is a good benefit.

I stayed with Kathleen for the month to do a rotation at New York Methodist. She was very sweet, accommodating, and caring. Her house is in a prime location and it's great for the value! Definitely recommend!
