This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is well located in heart of Orlando at Vista Cay Deluxe and elegantly Resort, which has private access to the entire village. It is fully furnished and with all amenities free. Close to I-Drive, great restaurants, Convention Center, and Outlets.

This spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath villa in the Vista Cay Resort is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. You will have private access to the entire villa, which features a full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.There is unlimited free parking, Wifi and cable in your villa. Flat screen TV's are featured in every room.
Vista Cay is gated and close to world famous Orlando shopping and dining. Located right off International Dr. and Universal Blvd. next to Sea World and Universal Studios, this location is great. It is also 10-15 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24 hour front desk, and business center. Vista Cay is unique because it is the only vacation rental resort in Orange County. All other vacation rentals are located in Kissimmee and Davenport, south of Disney.

We are directly adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center in the HEART of Orlando's tourism and business district.

If you are travelling with a group it is still cheaper than renting multiple hotel rooms and you can cook your own food.

3 night minimum required. All major credit cards accepted.

Our unit is fabulous, well maintained, and you will have access to all the resort facilities. Great for families as well looking for a little extra space!

Property availability
In the unlikely event that the property you reserve becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of the control our control or the property is no longer available, we will make every attempt to move your reservation to a comparable, or better, property without compensation. You will be notified of any issue earlier, and new documents for arrival will be processed.

Check-in and Check-out
Check in time is any time after 4:00 P.M. Check out is any time before 10 A.M.
When you check in at the property, you will need to do a thorough walk through of the home. If there are any damages, you must contact us by message within 24 hours.
Check out is before 10:00 AM.
An early check-in or late check-out is possible if the home is available. Please let us know your itinerary.

Smoking and Pets
All properties are non-smoking.
Absolutely no pets are permitted.
An additional fee of $500 + taxes will be charged to your credit card if you bring a pet or smoke in the property.

Max Occupancy
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Client is obligated to give correct information regarding names and amount of people in their party.

Age limit
Florida Law requires that anyone under the age of 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The rental charge is limited to allow only the amount of guests that the unit sleeps.

Cleaning
A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night.

Insurance
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of your trip, and to ensure that passports, visas and other documents are in order. Keeping valuables in the house is at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen at the property.

Damages
When guest arrives at the home, guest is responsible to inspect the property for damages. Guest must contact us within 24 hours of arrival to report any damages found upon arrival. If there is damage to the home and it is not reported, then guest will be held responsible. If guest arrives after hours, the guest must call and leave a message listing any damage, name of guest, and property address. The time stamp on the voicemail will serve as proof of report. We will try to correct the error within 24-48 hours without any major disadvantages for the guest.
After your check out, the management team will inspect the house and notify the office of any damages to the home made during your stay. We will contact you via email about any damages that were found. We will provide a detailed list along with the amount that will be charged. If you do not report damages right after arrival, then you can not dispute the company's final damage report.

Complaints
Should you need anything during your stay, please contact us by phone or email. Please do give us the opportunity to assist you while staying with us. If we do not answer the phone immediately, please leave us a message and we will return as soon as possible. Letting us know after departure does not help you do fully enjoy your stay.
Please note: Certain items are provided as a convenience to you and we make every effort to ensure operability prior to your arrival. This may include items such as internet, cable programs, telephones, etc. If a problem with one of these items should occur during your stay we will contact the provider immediately. These providers are outside vendors who operate on their own schedules and we cannot be responsible for any outage. These items are not compensate and no refunds will be granted for not having access.

Emergency
Our Emergency line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call us when your really have an emergency, such as:
1. No Power or water to the entire home
2. Locked out of the home
3. Cannot find the home
4. Any item that may cause damage to the home or to the guest.
Otherwise, your call will be answered in the next day, during business hours.
Emergencies as fire please call 911.

Liability
No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accidents, loss or injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all-inclusive holiday insurance cover. The owners or agents do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury caused as a result of the use of our property, pool or clubhouse. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party, to ensure that children are always properly supervised when in the pool area or on the balcony. Children are not permitted in the pool, spa or pool area unattended.
We are not responsible nor do we refund any guest that locks themselves out of their rented home, we recommend you use the provided lock box code to prevent this from happening. An additional charge will apply for opening of locked doors. Check-in documents will be provided and will contain all the information you will need to find your vacation home. This info will also contain info to unlock your rental. We will not be held responsible, nor provide a refund, if you are unable to find the resort, do not have the correct unit address, or did not bring the lock box code or reservation confirmation with you.
The client is responsible to read and understand the Terms and Conditions. Client is further obligated to abide by the terms set by us, all our suppliers and the local authority. The traveler must not act in a manner that is of any nuisance for other travelers or neighbors, or that create any security risk or practical problems for us and our suppliers. We and our suppliers reserve the right to reject a traveler if the traveler’s behavior or condition is obvious that he or she cannot commit to the terms. This will not give the traveler any right to demand compensation.

Great place! We will definitely stay here again as we travel to Florida pretty frequently. There are a total of 6 beds! That was a nice surprise! 2 bunk beds and 2 king size beds. It had everything we needed to cook! The pool was nice, I thought the pool had towels but we actually needed to bring towels from the room. Overall great stay! Communication was easy & speedy!

If you are looking for an airbnb experience this is NOT it. This is a resort property managed by a commercial real estate company and there is no pretense of any kind of personal interaction with a host-just lots of laminated signs on the walls telling you what you can't do and the fine for doing so. It is a fine enough, if soul-less, place. A few pros and cons: PROS: Centrally located to convention center and Orlando attractions. Beautiful pool and nice club house. Nice and plentiful towels. Spacious and nicely furnished. CONS: Lousy mattress in master--too soft and lumpy. No excuse for this at this price level. NOT an airbnb experience. I joined airbnb to avoid staying in places like this. Several maintenance issues including multiple badly warped pans that were unusable, exposed carpet nailer at threshold which got my wife and I more than once, dirty AC grills, worn out rugs. Strong admonishment from management company not to put any wet suits or towels on furniture yet there is no place to hang anything. One towel bar in bathroom and not even a place to hang a face towel at sink let alone wet suits and towels. No place to put shampoo/conditioner/razor in the shower except on the floor. Very noisy AC system. We thought is was pouring rain every time it came on. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.

I stayed here for a week, because it's very convenient to get to the convention center. (15 min. walk) The place is a rental, so it's very much like a hotel with generic furnishing and decor. But it was clean, convenient and I would definitely stay here again.
