Waves is a large 2-bedroom duplex apartment with sea views that sleeps 5. This welcoming family-friendly apartment has been designed & decorated to an extremely high standard with excellent amenities, outside space & parking.
Waves is a stylish, spacious 2 bedroomed apartment finished to a high standard. There is kingsized bed in one bedroom, and the other bedroom has a single bed and bunkbeds. Perfect for a family of 5.
Guests have complete access to all the amenities in Waves. TV, DVD, Wii , Wifi, DVD's & videos, books, games, magazines as well as a fully equipped kitchen including Tassimo coffee machine, with everything you would need for your stay. Access is via a communal hallway and Waves is up the first flight of stairs on the 1st floor. There is a sign WAVES on the door clearly identifying the apartment,

We give our guests full details of when & where they can access the keys before they arrive, so we don't tend to meet and greet as arrival times vary too much, but someone will always be available in case of any urgent issues. Generally we just leave you to enjoy your stay in peace.

Stoke Fleming is a great base to explore all of that the South Hams has to offer. There is so much to see and do.
As Waves is part of a block at 7 apartments we politely ask you to keep noise to a minimum in this family-friendly building. No loud music please and please be aware that directly below the sitting room and dining room are the bedrooms of the apartment 2 below so please tread lightly and ensure you always take your shoes off when you are in the apartment.
PLEASE LEAVE TIDY
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you empty the dishwasher, take out the rubbish (& if you're feeling particularly helpful strip the beds!). It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off all lights and the heating when it’s not in use or when leaving Waves. Mother nature thanks you too! Please also use the recycling bins & food caddy - any questions about what goes where just drop us a line.
COMING & GOING
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 10.00am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? It may be fine, but please check with us first in advance. Just drop us a text or an email and we’ll do what we can to accommodate this.
We totally understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
KEEP THE KEY SAFE
We recommend that you leave the keys for Waves in the keysafe each time you go out to minimise the chances of losing them! Unreturned or lost keys will be charged a £10 replacement fee. If you do lose your key please let us know as soon as possible so that we can get new ones cut.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING PLEASE
Waves has a strictly no smoking policy and so we please ask that you do not smoke at all in Waves, and if on the balcony please close the doors if smoking and tidy away all cigarette butts. Thanks for your understanding. (Unfortunately if you smoke or vape indoors (tobacco or otherwise), you will be required to leave without a refund and we will withhold the entire security deposit to cover added cleaning costs to remove smoke odors and stains.)

Waves and The Annexe are owned by Emma who manages & markets the apartments. She is a proud mummy, dog-owner, & a happy VW Camper-van owner. She runs her own business, Blue Sea, a marketing, design & project management company specialising in holiday home marketing and the renovation of holiday homes in the South Hams.
Emma moved to South Devon 14 years ago and with beautiful beaches on their doorstep, and the town of Dartmouth nearby, with it's excellent local restaurants, centuries-old pubs, bistros & cafes to enjoy as well as exclusive boutiques & galleries to shop in, Emma & her family wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
