The Kozy Cottage is an adorable little vacation rental nestled within the South Ruimveldt Park area of Georgetown, Guyana. It is located just off Aubrey Barker Street in a safe cul-d-sac street; it is about 3 miles or 10 mins from downtown Georgetown

My wife and I use this property as our “Summer Home” whenever we are in Guyana on vacation. We rent it out to overseas visitors during the months that we are not there. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we have a local staff that takes care of and maintains the property, we offer speedy service from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
