Cozy studio home with full size bed as well as a futon couch for those that want to sleep separate. The entire floor has a kitchen, dinning room, bathroom, and private entrance. The home is just a 5 min walk from the A train and a 10 min drive to Forest Park, unquestionably one of the most beautiful parks in all of NYC, almost forgetting you're in the city altogether. The A train goes all throughout the city. 10 min from JFK and World Resorts Casino. The property is located on a quiet block.

Ozone Park is a neighborhood located in the southwestern section of the borough of Queens, in New York City, New York, United States. It is located next to the Aqueduct Racetrack in South Ozone Park , a popular spot for Thoroughbred racing and home to the Resorts World Casino & Hotel . Riis beach is only a 15 minute drive or take the public bus 3 blocks away. The home is within 5 minutes from Stop & Shop, and 10 from Forest park and Queen's Center Mall. If you want to take a swim or relax on the sand then Riis Park Beach is only 15 minutes away. There are many different methods of transportation to get around different parts of Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the beach. With the park and all the other amenities you can't go wrong.
