This is a relaxed hostel environment & a great place to meet other travelers. You can VAPE inside the house, & you can smoke weed/cigs in the detached garage, or outside in the backyard. You'll be sharing a room with up to three other guests. There's grocery shopping, bus stops, gas stations, Mexican restaurants, & dispensaries all less than 1.5 miles away! I've been in Denver for 5 years & I'm available to answer any questions you have! I will do my best to help you out :)

You have full access to the two bathrooms/showers that are here, as well as to the kitchen & common living areas. The only off-limits areas are others' bunk beds :)

Please keep your valuables locked in your car/with you at all times, as this is a shared living space, I don't provide lockers/safes & Airbnb nor its hosts can issue refunds or otherwise be responsible for allegations of stolen items.

*COVID 19* We are taking extensive steps to keep our guests safe against the Coronavirus. In addition to our standards of cleanliness we have added several extra precautions to “go the extra mile” including washing & disinfecting all surfaces with chlorine. This includes but is not limited to door knobs, kitchen surfaces, floors, laundry, etc. If you have any questions regarding this matter please ask!

There are other beds in this room which may or may not be occupied so please be comfortable sleeping in the same room as other guests.

The best way to communicate with me is through this app. Pets are not allowed, super sorry! There is a surveillance camera pointing at the entrance just to see who comes in and out, for extra safety =)
